Follow these simple steps to document your thank you message to the guardians of the UAE
Open your browser and navigate to the Shukran Watan platform. Click "Send Message" from the navigation bar or the home page to begin.
Fill in your full name and phone number. Your name will appear on your participation certificate. Select your nationality and the emirate you are based in.
Select your category: Citizen or Resident. This helps us categorize participation across the nation.
Compose a heartfelt message of gratitude between 10 and 500 characters. Your words will be documented in the national record.
Tap the microphone icon to record a voice message up to 60 seconds. You can preview, delete, and re-record before submitting. This step is optional.
Click the "Document Message" button to send your message. Wait a moment while your message is being processed and documented.
After successful submission, you will receive a unique document number. Download your Certificate of Participation as a keepsake image.
